pizza shmeeza


I love pizza. Melted cheese, sweet tomato sauce, flaky crust. What more could you want? This time I experimented with leftover dough I had from the cheese rolls I made here.  With farmers cheese in the dough, these were extra cheesy. I piled on top of that all that I had in the kitchen--thick slices of tomatoes, fresh basil, and lots and lots of mozzarella Yum Yum!
