Tomorrow's my fist staff meeting at work. To celebrate - I made some blueberry chocolate cookies! I just had a bite and was a bit disappointed. It was too late in the night before I realized I was out of baking powder so I axed the idea of cupcakes and scrounged around through recipes until I came across one for baking powder-free chocolate cookies. Of course, that's not what they were called. 
My measurements are always off, and something's always off as a result. For example, these cookies are way too sugary and a little undercooked. I think that's why I prefer cooking. No precise measurements are required whatsoever.
But here they are nonetheless.
